SPECIAL ENCLOSURES
We design, manufacture and assemble on site special enclosures of any size for all types of applications and sectors.
We fit any type of system required by the client (electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, air-conditioning and/or fume extraction), as well as any types of drive for automation of the moving parts (doors, hatches, roof) of the enclosure.
STANDARD ENCLOSURES
We equip standard machines in short, medium or medium-long series, and assemble them in our own facilities. The same systems and drives as for special enclosures are fitted on the enclosure.
We ensure the sealing of machines working with different cutting fluids at high pressures (up to 380 bar).
SPECIAL APPLICATIONS
1. THERMAL INSULATION
We perform a study of the most suitable type of sandwich panel for optimal energy saving for the target application, of the complete design, manufacture, painting and on-site assembly.
2. SOUNDPROOFING
We perform a study of the most suitable type of sandwich panel depending on the noise output of the source unit and the noise level requirements of the client. This study includes the complete design, manufacture, painting and on-site fitting of the panel.
3. LASER CUTTING APPLICATIONS
We design and manufacture fencing and enclosures for special laser cutting applications.
OTHER APPLICATIONS
1. COMBINED APPLICATIONS ENCLOSURE/WELDED METAL BASE
For some projects, we manufacture the complete machine assembly: structural parts and enclosure.
2. OPERATOR CABINS
We design and manufacture all types of cabins for operators of milling machines, boring machines and vertical lathes.
